Our pharmacy services are available to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who does not meet our eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information.
Cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs) may only be dispensed against a valid prescription issued by a specialist clinician who is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and is authorised to prescribe Schedule 2 controlled drugs. We do not supply any product without a valid, verified prescription.
MEDCANN Pharmacy is a GPhC-registered online dispensary specialising in cannabis-based medicinal products. We dispense prescription-only medicines (POMs) and Schedule 2 controlled drugs in accordance with UK law, including the Medicines Act 1968, the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.
We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All prescriptions submitted to MEDCANN Pharmacy must be genuine, valid, and issued by a GMC-registered specialist clinician. It is a criminal offence to submit a forged, altered, or fraudulent prescription. We verify all prescriptions before dispensing and reserve the right to contact the prescribing clinician to confirm authenticity.
By submitting a prescription, you confirm that the prescription was issued to you personally and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in termination of your account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment processor and are not stored by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has taken place. Medication costs may be refunded in accordance with our returns policy if products are returned unopened and in their original condition, subject to applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timescales are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Controlled drugs are dispatched in accordance with the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 and may require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for medication that is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
